Vivo launched the X200 series in India earlier this month, and the company now appears to be preparing to unveil the X200 Ultra. The brand has yet to reveal any details about the Vivo X100 Ultra successor, but a new leak has revealed some information about its cameras. The Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to include a triple rear camera unit with a 200-megapixel sensor. The camera unit is said to be capable of recording 4K resolution videos at up to 120 frames per second (fps).

Upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra Camera Specifications

Tipster Digital Chat Station claimed in a Weibo post that the Vivo X200 Ultra will feature a triple rear camera unit consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 200-megapixel camera. The primary camera is expected to have a wide lens, whereas the secondary camera could have an ultra-wide lens. The 200-megapixel periscope camera could make use of Samsung’s ISOCELL HP9 sensor.

The Vivo X200 Ultra is said to be capable of recording 4K videos at 120fps across all cameras. The primary camera is said to have a wide aperture and anti-shake capabilities. The phone is expected to include Vivo’s new generation in-house imaging chip.

The Vivo X100 Ultra features a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup, which includes a 1-inch 50-megapixel Sony LYT-900 sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 200-megapixel APO super telephoto ISOCELL HP9 sensor. The handset includes a Blueprint imaging chip V3+ capable of shooting 4K movie portrait videos.

Vivo X200 Pro’s camera system consists of a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 sensor with OIS support, a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera with autofocus, and a 200-megapixel telephoto ISOCELL HP9 sensor with OIS and 3.7x optical zoom. It features a V3+ imaging chip.
