Redmi 14C 5G was launched in India on Monday. Xiaomi’s new 5G smartphone is available in three colors and features a glass back. It features a 6.88-inch display with 120Hz resolution. The Redmi 14C 5G features the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset and a 5,160mAh battery. The budget smartphone features a dual rear camera system with a 50-megapixel primary sensor.

Redmi 14C 5G is priced at Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option. The prices for the 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB RAM and storage models are Rs. 10,999 and Rs. 11,999, respectively. It is available in three colors: starlight blue, stardust purple, and stargaze black.

Redmi 14C 5G will go on sale on January 10 at 12:00pm IST via Amazon, Flipkart, Mi.com, and Xiaomi retail stores.

Redmi 14C 5G is powered by Android 14 with the company’s HyperOS skin on top. Redmi promises two major OS updates and four years of security updates for its phone. It features a 6.88-inch HD+ (720×1640 pixels) LCD with a refresh rate of 120Hz, as well as TÜV Rheinland certification for blue light emissions, Flicker Free certification, and Circadian certification. The peak brightness of the display is 600 nits, with a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. It has a 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC under the hood, paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The onboard RAM can be virtually expanded up to 12GB using additional unused storage.
