Xiaomi released the Redmi Note 14S, which is available in Central and Eastern Europe. It was launched as a new device in Czechia and Ukraine, but it is actually the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G with a redesigned camera island.

The specifications sheet is the same as the phone we reviewed over a year ago. The Helio G99 chipset powers the 6.67″ AMOLED display, which has a 120 Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution, as well as a 200 MP main camera on the back.

When Xiaomi released the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G in early 2024, it ran the already-outdated Android 13. This time, the OS version is not even mentioned, raising the possibility that the software was not changed and HyperOS is based on a two-year-old Android.

Xiaomi is offering the Redmi Note 14S in blue, purple, and black. The cost of 8 or 256 GB of memory is UAH 10,999 in Ukraine and CZK 5,999 in Czechia, or roughly $260/€240.
