The company’s newest addition to its midrange “a” series is powered by the same Tensor G4 chip that debuted with the Pixel 9 series last year, and it has a 48-megapixel primary rear camera. The Pixel 9a is available in four colour options. It features a 5,100mAh battery that is said to provide more than 30 hours of battery life on a single charge. The Pixel 9a runs Android 15, and Google promises seven years of OS and security updates.

The Google Pixel 9a will cost Rs. 49,999 in India and will come in a single 8GB + 256GB RAM and storage model. It comes in four different colors: iris, obsidian, peony, and porcelain.

The Pixel 9a will be available in India through retail partners in April, according to the company, but no specific date has been announced.
