Oppo F29 will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and F29 Pro by Dimensity 7300 Energy

Oppo will launch the F29 series in a few days (this Thursday), and the company has already revealed key specifications for the Oppo F29 and F29 Pro on its website, which you can see here and here. Since then, more information has become available.
The Oppo F29 will use the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, while the F29 Pro will use the Dimensity 7300 Energy.
Both are 5G chips that will be paired with a “Hunter Antenna,” which promises to increase signal strength by 300% over traditional antenna designs. The antenna wraps around the phone’s perimeter, covering nearly 85% of the surface and measuring 200mm in total. The antenna is the first to support 4×4 MIMO on the B40, B3, and B39 bands, resulting in higher throughput and better signal stability.
Oppo has also designed “360° Armor Body” for the phones, which are paired with quad-curved Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The F29 duo has been tested to survive immersion in 18 different liquids, whereas typical IP tests only include fresh water. In addition, the phones have an IP69 rating (which means they can withstand hot water jets).

The Oppo F29 Pro will have a 6,000mAh battery with 80W charging, while the base model will have a larger but slower 6,500mAh battery with 45W charging. The full reveal is scheduled for March 20. Stay tuned. In India, the two phones will be available through Amazon and Flipkart.
