The Poco X lineup is popular, and fans will be pleased to learn that the next iteration will be available next week. The brand has confirmed a January 9 launch date for the Poco X7 series at 5:30 PM IST, with both the Poco X7 and Poco X7 Pro expected.

According to leaked renders, the Poco X7 will feature a Dimensity 7300 chipset and could be a rebranded Redmi Note 14 Pro. The Poco X7 Pro will also be a Redmi phone, the Turbo 4, which will launch in China on January 2.

It is unsurprising that Poco is relaunching Redmi phones under its X series; after all, Xiaomi owns both brands, despite both companies’ efforts to convince us otherwise.

Xiaomi previously launched Redmi phones as Poco devices. The previous Poco X6 was identical to the Redmi Note 13 Pro, whereas the Poco X6 Pro was initially introduced as the Redmi K70E.

Also, the Poco X5 duo are based on refreshed Redmi Note 12 devices, which is completely understandable – Xiaomi is simply adapting to demand in different markets.
