According to an Android Headlines report, the entire Galaxy S25 series will be powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with 12GB of RAM as standard, though it is unclear if this will be the case across all regions. All models are said to have dual-SIM support (including e-SIM), Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 12-megapixel selfie camera. They are expected to run on the Android 15-based One UI 7, which was announced in October.

The Galaxy S25 features a 6.2-inch (2,340×1,080 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It may be available in three storage capacities: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The handset is said to have a 4,000mAh battery and support for 25W wired and wireless charging. It has dimensions of 146.9×70.5×7.2mm and weighs 162 g.

The rumored Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ may have a triple rear camera unit that includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and 3x optical zoom.
